How do I set up my Box?


  • Check that all contents are inside the box.
  • Connect the Digital Box using either an AVI/HDMI cable to your TV
  • Power the TV on
  • Connect the power adapter and power on the Digital Box
  • Follow Step 3 to scan for all channels




When channels break or freeze, give us a call at 380-0101.





What are the procedures for a reconnection of our services?


Visit the office to request the reconnection and pay the minimal fee of fifteen dollars ($15.00). Any outstanding balance is required to be cleared as well.




How can I contact Centaur during weekends?

How quick is my service provided?


Our service response time is usually within 24hours.




My Set Top Box does not turn on. What I do?


  1. Make sure the STB is plugged into a working outlet.
  2. Ensure if you are using a power strip that it is plugged in and turned on.
  3. Try pressing the power button on the STB.
  4. Try changing the batteries in the remote and retry powering on.
  5. Disconnect the STB, wait 2-3 minutes, reconnect and try repowering it.

  2. Go to INSTALLATION
  3. Select DEFAULT SETTINGS
  4. Select yes for resetting to default
  5. Enter the password "0000"
  6. The scanning takes a few minutes
  7. Save all channels when the process is completed, if needed
